We deliver across the UK. Delivery times depend on your location and the chosen shipping method. Order processing typically takes 1–2 working days.

Yes, we work with both retail and wholesale customers. If you need yarn in large quantities, please contact us for a personalised price quote and delivery options.

5. How can I check if a specific yarn lot is available?

If you need a specific yarn lot, please mention it in the order comments or contact us before purchasing. We will confirm availability before dispatching your order.

6. Can I return or exchange yarn?

We accept returns within 90 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Custom orders and cut-to-length items are non-returnable.

7. Issues with email notifications

If you haven’t received your order confirmation or other email notifications, please check your spam folder. If the email is not there, contact us, and we will resend the information.

8. How do I use a discount coupon?
