How can I pay?

When will I be charged?

Payment is taken when your order is successfully placed.

Once payment has been completed, you should receive an order confirmation by email.

If you do not receive the email, please check your Spam or Junk folder before contacting us.

What currency will I pay in?

Product prices are displayed in the currency selected on the JustKnit website. The final amount and currency will be shown before you complete your payment.

If your card or payment account uses a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or additional charges.

What if my payment is declined?

If your payment is declined, please check that:

  • your card details have been entered correctly;
  • your billing address matches the details held by your bank;
  • your card has not expired;
  • sufficient funds or credit are available.

You can also try another payment method offered at checkout. If the problem continues, please contact your bank or payment provider, as they will normally be able to explain why the transaction was declined.

Can I change my payment method after ordering?

Once an order has been successfully placed and paid for, the payment method cannot normally be changed.

If you believe you have made a mistake with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Will I receive a payment confirmation?

Your order confirmation email acts as confirmation that your order has been received successfully.

Please keep this email until your order has arrived. You can also check your order through My Account if you placed the order while signed in.

Secure Payments

Payments on JustKnit are processed securely through established payment providers. JustKnit does not store your complete credit or debit card details. Your payment information is handled securely by the payment provider used during checkout.
