Instructions

First Piece

  1. Cast on 300 stitches.
  2. Knit 4 rows in 1 purl, 1 knit rib.
  3. Continue in stocking stitch until the piece measures 49 cm.
  4. Knit another 4 rows in 1 purl, 1 knit rib and cast off.

Second Piece

  1. Cast on 120 stitches.
  2. Knit 4 rows in 1 purl, 1 knit rib.
  3. Continue in stocking stitch until the piece measures 149 cm.
  4. Finish with 4 rows of rib and cast off.

You should now have two knitted pieces measuring approximately 50 × 150 cm.

Hairpin Sections

Using a 7 cm hairpin lace loom, make three strips measuring approximately 68 cm each.
